My favorite sake from Kochi, Bikuyo.
I heard that the Tama label was delicious and bought it immediately.
It has a mellow aroma like banana!
It has a mild and mellow mouthfeel.
How clear it is!
But it has a rich flavor, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
It is very easy to drink.
Bikuyo has a great aroma and is the sake that inspired our family to drink sake in wine glasses.
I would like to have the entire lineup!
This sake goes well with salty snacks.
Pairing: horse mackerel sashimi, leek toro, crab hanpen, garland chrysanthemum salad with ham and salted kelp, garlic mushrooms, eggplant miso, and monkfish liver
