Sake from Kurume, Yaman no Kotobuki. I got hooked on Freaks and repeated Freaks 1 and 2 several times, but this is my first time to try the standard sake.
From what I hear, it used to be distributed locally as Urayama-no Kotobuki, but has become a regular from this season🍶.
The aroma is sweet and mellow, like nuts and cream.

It can be enjoyed on its own, but it will not interfere with food.
I am not a fan of traditional dry wine, so I was afraid to try a dry wine, even though it is from Yama no Kotobuki, but I thought I had hit the jackpot 😆.
It does not have the gas and sweetness of the Freaks, but I think it is a sake that shows the character of Yamazato Kotobuki.
