Kumakichi
I heard that Momoten was on sale, so I stopped by on my way home from work, but it was still sold out...
I was able to get three bottles of Musha Shugyo on sale instead, but my mouth was full of peach weather, so I went to the corner bar next to the Hasegawa Shukaten Gransta branch and found two bottles of Momoten left, so I stuck it out for today!
Tenbi Usu Nigori 90ml, 660 yen
Tenbi's special junmai is good enough, but Momoten has a beautiful taste with a freshness and gas that is typical of nama-shu, and a sweetness and flavor of rice that reminded me of spring.
I went in with a light heart, thinking that one sip would be enough, but this one made me want to drink more, so I'm considering standing in line for a long time when it goes on sale at a certain liquor store this weekend...
