I'll have a glass of AKABU from Iwate prefecture for this evening's dinner.
When it was cooled down, it had a mild fruity scent, but although the taste was beautiful, I had a strong impression that it was very zesty.
After it was cooled down, the flavor became more apparent and the sake became gorgeous but with the strength of the junmai, and it changed into a drink that we can enjoy sipping on.
