Obtained on a trip to Akita & Hirosaki!
I was strolling through the store while waiting on my way home when I came across a pair of Tasake glasses and had to pick them up in a hurry. I am so thankful that we unexpectedly ended our trip with Tasake ✨.
When opened and poured, the aroma is mild, elegant, and aromatic, like seasonal apples and pears.
The mouthfeel is smooth and mild. The palate is smooth and soft, with a clear, round, gentle sweetness like yellow peach or pear. The bright, crisp acidity and astringent astringent taste that slowly fades away. The brilliant sharpness fades out gradually. It is a colorful taste just like autumn leaves!
Sake lees of "Tasake" are usually sold at local supermarkets. Enjoy it with Aomori's souvenir sake by making kasu-jiru (sake lees soup) or other dishes👍.

Good morning, chika!
I see that Hisa is also a Kikunoi sake: ✍️
If I have a chance to see it at a sake store, I will buy it as a recommended sake! Thank you ✨
