Brewed by Akebono Shuzo in Aizu-Sakaeshita, Fukushima Tenmei Kitakatayamada Tokyo Seibai Version My favorite Tenmei😊. This product is a surprise project. Yamadanishiki from Kitakata, Fukushima is brought to Tokyo for polishing. The rice is then polished at Akebono Sake Brewery in Aizusaka, Fukushima Prefecture. The rice is then made into sake at Akebono Sake Brewery in Aizusaka-machi, Fukushima. In other words, Yamada-Nishiki travels all the way to Tokyo to be milled. The rice is milled by a very skilled rice miller using a special milling machine to properly polish the rice using a special milling machine 👀. I'm going to have a drink. As expected from Tenmei😆. A fresh and juicy sake 🍶 with a hint of gas. Fresh and juicy sake with a slight gasiness 🍶. And the end of the drink is a crisp cut. It's like watching a perfect equation 😆. It's a super nice sake \!
