しみーPale topaz with a slight yellow tinge. The nose is dense fruit of melon, banana and apple, cooked rice and lime. There are soft cream and white mushrooms. As the temperature rises, the aroma is faintly soy sauce and mirin. The ginjo aroma stands out, but there is not much of a scraping feeling. The mouthfeel is sweet and the acidity is smooth. The ginjo aroma spreads in the mouth, and a slightly strong bitterness tightens the aftertaste. The rice polishing ratio is 89%. It is cosmetically pleasing at around 1,600 yen.
