Mimuro Sugi is one of my favorite brands. This is the first time I have had a light nigori. The top aroma is modest, but the taste in the mouth is delicious, with a sweetness like that of ramune. It is full of gas and has a pleasant aftertaste that cuts through quickly. It is also delicious 😋.
