I've heard it's recommended to be drunk on the rocks, but I like this one warmed up.
We brew a sake called Tamagawa, and the toji of this brewery is an Englishman.
And as some of you may have noticed, this drink isn't really this color lol
The one we have was purchased in 2013.
I'm looking forward to opening it.
