ジョナジョナSake made with CEL24 yeast from Kochi. I drank the fire-aged version before, but this is a draft sake.
The aroma is fluffy and tropical. The mouthfeel is sweet, and the juicy acidity that spreads on the tongue is just like a fresh pineapple. The aftertaste is clean, so you can drink it in large gulps. I prefer the taste of nama-shu.
Tachiharka rice is said to be delicious as rice rice.
