This is the third post I've accumulated!
This is the first Tomikyucho I have received in a long time. I would like to meet you once, Mr. Imada. Bon appétit.
Ori is dancing. ☺️
It smells like sakekasu (sake lees).
If you are caught off guard by the low acidity, a gorgeous flavor with spiciness spreads from the tip of the tongue to the maxilla, then the cider bounces from the back of the tongue to the tip of the tongue, followed by a glimpse of astringency on the tongue.
The lingering taste is like pineapple juice, which is less assertive.
From start to finish, it entertains with a flavor change unlike any other sake 😁.
