We received Yoshidagurau again this month.
Pray & Snow is a sake that I enjoy every year.
It is a winter sake, not a nama-shu, and even though it is fire-aged, it has a beautiful wintery mouthfeel.
It has a refreshing taste like nama-shu and the sweetness of hyakumangoku-no-white is very delicious.
I would like to have this sake every year. Thank you very much for the sake.
