Goodnight for a week 🍶Today we will be drinking tasake at home for the first time in a while. I haven't had tasake since last summer. (I think I probably drink it at the restaurant 🤔)
The aroma is sweet like the honey of flowers and umami. When I sip it, I feel umami first, followed by sourness and sweetness, and finally spiciness.
The overall impression is that the balance of flavors is uniform and well-rounded. I have paired it with seafood rolls and Hiramasa sashimi and it is delicious 😊✨.
