Aroma and flavor is between melon and banana
It has a mild sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but it is moderate and goes well with meals because of its strong umami and sharpness.
I quite like Aizan with a moderate sweetness I felt a similar atmosphere with other brands of Aizan, such as Jizumaya and Banshu Issen, so I would like to compare them somewhere else!
