A series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.

I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I'm going to enjoy Shizuoka Night to the fullest!
The second restaurant was Tado, a famous izakaya in Shizuoka that Kazuhiko Ota and Rui Yoshida visited!
We ordered the following
Haginiki Special Honjozo Minami-Alps (1 gou) for 605 yen!

It seems to be a popular popular sake in Shizuoka!
This one has a stronger sweet flavor than the original sake from the warehouse!
This one tastes more like Asoe!
Boiled bamboo shoots - 660 yen!
Sea jar - 990 yen!
Oden beef tendon 2*2 yen
Black hanpen 121 yen
It would be an exaggeration to say that all the dishes are exquisite, but they are really delicious. ❗️
This is indeed a famous izakaya with close ties to the local community!
The work is done with great care and attention to detail.
Especially the simmered bamboo shoots are the best!
You can fully enjoy spring just by this 🌸

Takable is really a long-established restaurant.
Not too quiet, not too noisy, and the clientele seems to be nice!
