Yesterday, I was in the Okachimachi - Ueno area with three members who were juniors at my former company and are now working as separate partners.

Basically, beer and Shaoxing sake, but for some reason they had sake, so we ordered one.
I hadn't had Ichinokura in a while.
It's a dry and refreshing sake, with a touch of riceiness.
It leaves a slight taste on the tongue.
This kind of sake goes well with this kind of food!
But when I first asked if I could take a picture of the bottle, the guy who tried to bring it to me laughed because it was "here and there" 😁. I had to tell the foreigner clearly 😁.
