カチカチ山
I have been curious about "Yuki no Mayu" for a long time.
I found a 300ml bottle at a nearby liquor store and bought it.
The aroma is mildly fruity, like a pear.
In the mouth, the fruity taste spreads from a gentle gasiness, and the umami of the rice moderately follows.
The acidity and the lingering taste in the nose are pleasant at the end.
Since it is 14%, it can be drunk quickly and easily, so in a sense, it is a sake that requires caution.
The 300 ml bottle is easy to keep on hand and easy to buy, which makes me happy.
