The fresh, light pear-like aroma makes this a delightful cup*, and the bitterness that emerges later also contributes to the crispness as an accent*.
It was a pleasant cup to the end*.
Today is 3/9, the day of the crop, and I got an M for IMPRESSION, so I'm grateful for that too*.
