LAGOON BREWERY
I had to go to Niigata this month and visited a sake brewery in a hurry.
The brewery was renovated from an old private house and brewed in a space of about 10 tatami mats. There are three tanks.
Finally, it is available at liquor stores.
Tachika has a strong alcohol smell.
When you put it in your mouth, you can see the acidity is fully expressed as it is designed to be a summer sake. The mouthfeel is light.
It finishes with a sharp taste, but since it is a doburoku, it leaves a residue on the palate....
It is a little unbalanced...
It seems like they are trying various things...
In my opinion, it was not good this time.
I wonder how it would be with sake⁉️.
I'm interested.
I want to import it back and drink it❗️
