JIRO
Miyagi Prefecture's Ichinokura and Urakasumi teamed up to make a collaboration sake.
It was supposed to be limited to Miyagi Prefecture, but for some reason it was sold in other prefectures as well (lol).
I saved it carefully, but opened it before the taste deteriorated due to the hot weather.
Well-balanced, clean, and very easy to drink!
You can deeply feel the sweetness of the rice and the deliciousness of the water.
The moderate acidity and sweetness spread in the mouth, and the aroma is nice, just like a standard sake.
It goes very well with salt.
Sake that ruins people... I know it's impossible, but I hope they make it a standard item.
