As I knew one cup was not enough, I chose Akabu no Amber from the limited selection.
It was mild on the palate, with an apricot-like aroma, and flowed with a slight sourness.
I thought it was the best autumn sake of the season (❗️) and looked for it later in the day, but could not find it.
After reading your review, I knew I was right about this deliciousness 💡.
