So, it's Rajomon!
I'm so happy to be able to drink this... I can only thank my friends from the bottom of my heart!
I'm curious about the taste... it's delicious!
Because it is made with triple the amount of koji, it starts with a sourness... but then comes a moderate sweetness.
Then the sourness comes again, and it finishes off nicely.
The balance is just too good... This one jumped to number one among all the sakes I drank this year!
Wow... this is a sake I want to drink every year...
