Rice used: [Okayama Prefecture] Akihikari Polishing ratio: 50% for Koji rice, 58% for Kake rice Yeast used: Okayama Hakuto yeast Alcohol content: 16°-17 Sake meter: -3 Not expensive at 1500 yen for a four-pack. It is a very tasty sake! Honey-like sweetness, aroma and crisp aftertaste. It can be served alone or as an in-between-dinner drink. I didn't know there was such a sake in Okayama!
