This is the only fresh-pressed version for this time of year✨. By the way, "Shiboritate" is my favorite word related to sake 😆. There was a milky lactic aroma when opened, but it calmed down and became a banana 🌿 with an herbal-like aroma that quickly passed through the nose. More fruity ❔ when fresh packed. But not much difference 🤔. Watery mouthfeel, no unpleasant taste. Mellowness and rice flavor as the temperature rises 🌾. The whole thing flows with a positive atmosphere typical of Shizuoka sake: ☀️ I paired it with red tuna, and it was still perfect👍! I can feel the taste of alcohol, but I can't say whether it is there or not 😤. I left it at the entrance, which is the coldest place this time of year🚪. It's nice to have one open after all! It's always a pleasure to have it there: ☺️

Good evening, Jurian. This sake was very good! I drank it on New Year's Day and finished it right away. I am planning to buy the next (next year's) Shiboritate.

Thanks for your comment, Maruwa 😊. Of course the regular Honjozo is good, but the fresh-packaged version, which is only available at this time of year, has a special feel to it - I repeat it quite often👍.
