Ichinokura's second bottle was a super dry Honjozo.
It has a spicier aftertaste than the previous junmai-shu, which convinced me that it is super dry.
It has a punchy taste that might go well with dark dishes like meat. I haven't paired it with anything yet, but I'd like to try it sometime.
