[The 2nd Bishu Competition Grand Tasting ③.
The tasting is still in its early stages✨
I personally am short on Hyogo sake, so here's the next one 🍶.
Kamiike Junmai Daiginjo Deiran
Aroma of mellow sweet rice, smooth, full-bodied flavor and fruity sweetness, unique aroma that escapes from the nose, bitterness on the tongue, and a strong bitterness that lingers in the throat after it finishes.
My gut feeling is that it will be very good when heated.
According to my research, the annual production is quite small (only 20 sake blocks), and the brewery used to be mainly a "tub seller" that sold sake for packaged sake to other companies.
However, when sales dropped due to the Corona disaster, they started brewing their own brand of four-pack bottles.

Hi Gyve 😊
Actually, we were planning to prepare the sake from here for the bring and share offline party, but we couldn't make the box in time and it will be in late November, so we gave up 😅.
Indeed, the sake here got heated up even if it's a pure large spec 🤔.

Good evening, bouken 🌛.
What a surprise! I didn't think this was the sake you were talking about the other day 😲.
The story of the brewery makes me want to support them 😁.
Next time I want to buy some for myself and try heating it up 🍶.
