I think it's a definite good Sake Mirai with Nanbu Bijin 😊.
The Daiginjyo has a clear polished finish with a strong umami and acidity behind it. It's good too!
It was well received by the locals!
Of course it was a instant kill 🤣 everyone was drinking beer, shochu, and highballs 😅.
