One of the things that made me fall in love with sake was Hakurakusei.
It was recommended to me as a Junmai Daiginjo made with Omachi.
It has a slight sweetness that lasts from the time it enters to the time it leaves. There is no miscellaneous taste and it is very elegant. It's delicious. The fact that they don't write the rice used on the label is also a nice touch.
