I was lucky enough to meet him.
It is characterized by sweetness and acidity.
The acidity that supports the sweetness and the umami is not the type that cuts through quickly, so the aftertaste is very long! I would like to drink it slowly, slowly.
The back label is a little more serious, which is a shame, but I would like to continue to enjoy the world of Sagami.
