I left Sakurabar and started walking towards Kyoto station again.
I was told that Sakurabar was now open in two parts and would be closed within two hours of entering the bar, so I made a reservation at Honmaguro Ginjo Kurado in front of Kyoto Station until the train left for home 🥰.
[I was curious about this place because Pon-chan had been there before 🤣.
We ordered a set of three different sakes to compare, which included 🍶.

I have already reviewed "Jinzo" and "Toyoyo", so this time I reviewed "Iyari", which was new to me!
Iyari" is a pure rice sake with a calm aroma and a smooth taste.
The aroma is calm, the mouthfeel is smooth and delicious, and the taste is immediately followed by a sourness that is typical of the yeast yeast yeast, then it finishes softly and lingers with a sourness.
I have drunk a lot of Shinshu sake, but I had never heard of "Iyari". ✨️
The dish was the restaurant's recommended sashimi of tuna (tamatebako).
