Breadfan
It is made from Akita rice, 20% Yamadanishiki and 80% Miyamanishiki. The rice malted rice is from Saga Prefecture. What kind of combination is this? The taste is balanced. It is hot and slightly fruity. It has umami. The Miyamanishiki is strong and remains in proportion. I think it is a rare sake, but it is difficult to evaluate.... I will drink it over the next few days and savor it well.
