The purchase condition for Hanayo-Yoku was to purchase sake over 1700 yen, but the sake I wanted was either under 1700 yen or over 2000 yen, so I chose this one.
The rice is from Honefuji.
It is dry and has a smoky impression. It has a strong impression of acidity. There is no freshness at all. Would it be better to warm it up?
