bouken
Ayagiku was recommended to me by Sake no Wa before. I finally found it at AEON, so I bought it.
It was freshly squeezed and in the refrigerator, so I thought it was a raw sake, but it seems to be a once-boiled sake. I got the impression that it was fresh, but not overpowering, and would go well with a meal.
It seems to be an affiliate of the Iida Group, the parent company of Choryu Shuzo.
The third one, Ichidake Niidake, came out, a sake I didn't know anything about! I'm afraid of Sake no Wa😮.
