A Kaygetsu salesman visited the liquor store I sometimes go to: ❣️ I had tried the year-round "nigori" before and liked it, so I tasted all 5 bottles they brought 😋 I chose the middle of the line summer sake. The pineapple summer sake was also well made, but I chose this one, which is an extension of the nigori I drank before. Today's dinner was a summer vegetable and seafood yose-nabe, with curry udon as a finale. The smooth balance of the mid-palate is perfect for my basic tastes. ‼️ I love it on the rocks because it's summer. ‼️ According to the salesman, this brewery is trying to shatter the stereotypes of Kochi sake. It's delicious. ❣️ Thank you for the treat.
