The aroma is sweet like white grapes and refreshing like a ramune. For a moment I thought the taste was watery, but the flavor of the rice melted into it, and when I swallowed it, the taste was even better than before. It's strong. It has a strong bitter aftertaste like cocoa husk. The balance between the flavor and sweetness of the rice is about 8:2 because there is almost no sweetness. There is a strong odor of alcohol in the mouth, but it is not a strong stimulus, but rather a moderate stimulus. So this was a very interesting result. The only thing that lingers on the tongue is a bitter aftertaste that doesn't stick and isn't so unpleasant that it doesn't need to be washed away with water. But this bitterness will remain on your tongue unless you drink water. Personally, the overall flavor structure is not similar to any of the others I've had, so another one of those I learned that there is such a thing as this kind of sake. I don't like watery, dry sake to begin with, but this is not a person who doesn't like bitterness that much. If not, it would be a very easy drink!
