I have always been curious about Kamonishiki's Kafuda sake.
There were several kinds of sake, but I chose Dewa Sanzan, which I have not experienced yet!
Unusually for a Niigata sake, the taste was quite sweet.
I got the impression that the emphasis is on the taste rather than the aroma.
It has a clear taste and a clear aftertaste.
I would like to try other kinds of sake!
