They said it was brewed with edible rice called Niji no Kirameki.
I wonder if Shirakikyu is the right name for it 😅. I was thinking 😅.
The aroma is slightly smoky?
There is also a weak fizziness.
The acidity is quite strong when freshly opened from the fridge 💦.
Sweet and sour with a green apple taste?
After the second day and as the temperature rises, the acidity lessens and it has a nice muscat-like, plum-like sweet and sour taste 😋.
Might be a flavor I like a lot once it settles down😊.
