Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, the maker of Isshaku Suisei, has been collaborating with Matsuhashi Farm (headed by Mr. Takuro Matsuhashi) in Oogata Village, Akita Prefecture, for the past seven years to produce this junmai ginjo. The label clearly states the theme of the project: "Sake made by farmers. This is a project that aims to involve farmers not only in production (primary industry) but also in consumption, from rice cultivation to sake brewing, and to get consumers involved in the project. As a member, you can participate in the original Nozomoto Hanpukai (4 courses), various events, agricultural experiences, and many other activities.
