It seems to be the one released at the end of the year for New Year's,
I'm drinking it now.
As usual, I drink it while cooking,
The acidity is so strong that it wakes me up.
It goes well with meat and tempers the acidity,
Will it calm down a bit after the second day?
From the second day, the acidity calmed down and changed to a smooth drinkable sake.
It is a limited edition sake for the New Year, so it is not easy to buy, but I would like to buy it again if I have a chance.
