I stocked up on this sake when I went home at the end of the year 🤭.
When you open it, it has a nice, sweet, pear-like aroma.
The taste is lactic acidic sweetness and umami, but it is clean with a firm sourness and just the right amount of bitterness, so it is like a gradual transition from pear to grapefruit.
It's delicious.
