Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 70%. Alcohol content 13 degrees Junmai-shu of the instrument. When we drank it last November, the alcohol content was 15 degrees. When the bottle is opened, it has a fluffy aroma of rice. When poured into a glass, there is some quiet foam. When you put it in your mouth, the soft sweetness spreads and the bitterness goes away quickly and quietly. There is no sense of fizziness. The taste is well balanced and dry. Light, low alcohol and easy to drink. Delicious. Happy.
