tomy
It has a nice aroma, just the right amount of sweetness, and is a clear, clean sake. However, there are a lot of different kinds of this kind of sake. They have all risen to a higher level, and as a result, no matter which one you drink, it's still good. It is often said that the story is important, but it's not about taste anymore. It's good and I recommend it, but once is enough. New brands of locally brewed sake are being introduced all the time, and there is no such thing as a "miss" anymore. Is it good or bad?
