The temperature rises to 32 degrees Celsius on a midsummer's day
So, I had to go with the shuwashuwa!
I drank it just last month, but I decided to try San-do-ho-ho-masu.
The last time I drank it, it was a 4-nou brew, so I upgraded it by one grade: ⬆️
Maybe because I bought it relatively early after the release of Homasu.
The package with wrapping paper is a bit gorgeous ☺️
Hozasu from Kumamoto, 13% alc.
It had been sitting in the fridge for a while, so I wondered how it would be.
When I took off the plastic cover, I heard the sound of the bottle being opened.
The sound of opening the bottle is ff and there is a ponk ‼️ smoke 💨
It's still in good health even though it's been sitting in the fridge for a year 😳
Fine bubbles at the bottom of the glass 🫧.
The top aroma is pear-like and banana🍌 with a hint of freshness
On the palate
The sourness of the yeast yeast and the moderate sweetness are just right.
Shuwa shuwa gas pops in the mouth.
The astringency from the wooden vat is mild and has a good amount of umami.
The bitterness is also good.
The last part is clear and transparent.
It is mellow even though it is a draft sake.
It was delicious and the fact that it had been aged for a year was a good thing.
