The third and final restaurant was Shunsaitei Raijin.
We could choose the size of sake from a boar's cup, a glass, a single cup, and a double cup, so we drank Shimane sake in a boar's cup.
The junmai ginjo at the first restaurant was a little sweet, so I went for the dry junmai.
I decided to repeat the Akaten which I enjoyed at the previous restaurant and bought some as a souvenir for myself 😁.
All 3 stores in Shimane didn't serve sake bottles so I had to ask them to do it for me 😊.
