A short trip to Kitami city, at an izakaya ❗ The second drink was a Mimuro cedar.
The second glass was Mimuro Sugi❗I think only Sakuramoto Shoten in Sapporo carries it in Hokkaido! It's time for summer sake now ☀️ Oh, it has just the right amount of sweetness and umami, with a refreshing summery taste ❗Delicious 🎵.

I am deeply moved by the thought of being able to drink sake from a brewery near a shrine dedicated to the god of sake brewing in Kitami, Hokkaido ✨.
I would love to drink this sake while feeling the breeze in the pleasant early summer in Hokkaido 😆.

It looks quite hot in Honshu, but it's moderately warm and comfortable here ❗Often the temperature drops at night and I want heated sake 😅.
