I was supposed to be at a company party.
But it was cancelled due to the heavy snowfall.
It turned into a sake drinking party.
In Hokkaido, it's overshadowed by the Kamikawa Daisetsu Sake Brewery.
This is another new brewery in Kamikawa, Hokkaido, called Michizakura.
It's a dry sake that doesn't have a modern feel to it, so it's probably not the most popular sake in Hokkaido.
But to be honest, I think dry sake goes well with sashimi and sushi (white meat and root fish).
It's like water that you can drink quickly, but it has a strong alcoholic taste, so it's good sake after you're a little drunk. It doesn't interfere with food, so it's a good sake for a meal.
