The other day, I visited Izumo-taisha Shrine and bought a cup of sake 🍶 "Shimaneko labeled Tensho" at a souvenir shop along the approach to the shrine.
I will drink it with the Shimanekko cup that I bought at Izumo-taisha a few years ago 😺.
The aroma is mild and melon-like.
The mouthfeel is soft, then the umami of the rice spreads out and the aftertaste is dry and sharp.
Maybe the water is soft, or maybe it's the overall smoothness that makes it easy to drink. ⭕️
This sake made me think that classic sake is also delicious. ☺️
