Ichinokura's young people have launched a "project" called "Ichi-kara Hajimete Ichinokura" (Starting from Ichi).
It is said that the story of soil preparation, sake rice cultivation, and transferring the sake all started from the very beginning. This is the first time I have seen this sake.
It was a strange sake with a fizzy, mild aroma and a delicious taste on the palate. I drank too much and fell asleep. It was a very delicious sake.
