Sake and Dobrok's Restaurant At Nishihachi Sake Terrace From among the sake selections for a small drink course I tried this one. I thought it would be a sweet sake, but it was surprisingly refreshing, with a greenish cucumber or melon flavor! The homemade pickled plums as a snack went well with the sake.

Rinako acid, good evening. ☺️ Nice to meet you. I like to drink sake with pickled plums, don't you? I like to drink it with grilled pickled plums❤️. My son went to Takezono High School, so I felt a kinship with this "Takezonoen" sake.

Thank you for your comment, Mayuko acid 😊. I didn't know there was such a thing as baked pickled plums! It looks delicious with a savory sour taste. ❤️ It was a high school with the same name! Please try it with your son 🍶.

Rinako-san, I had no idea that "san" had become "acid" 😱 I have a hard time typing "naked eye" sometimes with my nearsightedness 🤣 sorry 😅.
