I bought it because Ibaraki sake evangelist Manachie was raving about it ✨.
Kiri-Tsukuba is so familiar to me that I honestly haven't had it in decades... 🤣.
At the time I found it to be as thin as fog 😑.
If I thought it was familiar, I knew it was easy to find 😁.
The aroma is fruity and melon-y? 🍈.
Then the spiciness comes in and it's all over ✨.
Really fruity and refreshingly dry 😳
I had no idea that the brewery closest to me was making this kind of sake! I didn't know that the nearest brewery made this kind of sake!
The Urasato from the same brewery was a little less sweet, so personally, this super dry one is just right for me.
Glad to know about a good local sake💕
There are some good sake even if they are unknown (pardon the pun) - let's explore more local sake!

Good evening Mamio, I see you got it right away 😆 It's fruity, dry and very tasty 😋.
By the way, I'm not an Ibaraki sake evangelist at all 🤣.

Hi Manachie-san, hello ☀️ It was refreshingly delicious after all the sweet ones ✨As a local, I have to try the others!
Manachie-san, aren't you an Ibaraki sake evangelist 😳😱 I can't, so please do something about that!
